This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, the time and the page requested, in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, fast and stable operation of this website. The connection data is only stored for as long as is necessary to deliver the website securely and to fend off attacks.

Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for data transfers from the European Union to the USA. Where a transfer is not covered by it, Vercel’s data processing agreement provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate safeguard. The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. No connection to Google Fonts is made when you open a page.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or marketing tools. Only on the internal maintenance page for the restaurant team can the password be saved in the browser of the respective device, if requested; this does not affect visitors to the website.

Contacting us

If you call us, send us an email or a WhatsApp message, we process your details in order to deal with your request. Where it concerns a reservation, an order or another contractual enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete your details as soon as they are no longer needed for your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

WhatsApp and table requests

You can message us on WhatsApp and request a table there. The booking button on this website first opens a small form. What you enter there (date, time, number of guests and, if you wish, your name) is not transferred to the server of this website and is not stored. Only when you tap “Send via WhatsApp” does WhatsApp open with a prepared message; at this point WhatsApp receives the message text. The message is only sent once you send it yourself in WhatsApp.

In the European Union, WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, a company of the Meta group. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the name stored in your WhatsApp profile and the content of your message. We use this information solely to answer your request and handle your reservation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.

When you use WhatsApp, it also processes data of its own, for example about when and with whom you communicate. This may involve a transfer to the USA. Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can find details in WhatsApp’s privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can also reach us by phone or email.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
